We returned to Belle Parti, seduced by the creativity of the chef. We arrived with 10 or 12 friends to a pre-arranged dinner. The menu was entirely based on seafood and local ingredients. Wines were expertly chosen by the sommelier, with focus on the Veneto, Friuli and Trentino. Shrimps, scallops, a squash-based cream soup and a delightful whole fish from the Adriatic. Dessert was artistically presented, along with a selection of dessert wines and Grappas. It was one of our very best evenings in Padua, one we will remember and will induce us to return.
