A good B&B in a good location close to everything, nice and clean room, breakfeast could be better but it's ok, bathroom was new, only the shower box was really small

The bad part is if you have luggage, be prepared to walk from the vaporeto to the hotel, with at least 2 bridges that are only stairs, them a 2 flor stairs in the hotel, it's really painfull but it's the way venice is built

The owner is a really good person, I will give you good advices for the city, they gave us a 20% discount in a really good restaurant in the city

We stayed here for my birthday weekend. Christina emailed over excellent directions and instructions in time for our arrival, which gave us peace of mind as looking on Google Maps shows it's down a passageway from a square.

The location was fantastic - just 10 minutes' walk from the Rialto Bridge and a tiny bit further to get to St Mark's Square. Being someone who likes a good bit of breakfast when away on holiday, I certainly wasn't disappointed and it was great that we could just help ourselves, meaning we could eat whenever we wanted - very handy when we had to head off early in the morning on the last day to catch a flight home.

The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night in our room (Room 5). It was above another passageway, with the sound of either church bells or inconsiderate people walking beneath that would wake us up. This obviously isn't B&B Ca'Dor's fault and so it would be harsh to mark down. The room and its ensuite bathroom did exactly what we needed though as it was only a base for our trip, really. Like the rest of the B&B, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Though it's certainly more than we are used to paying for a B&B back in the UK, it's certainly cheap compared to other locations in Venice and I would highly recommend the place. We wouldn't have any problem staying here again.

Ideal location for a short state in Venice. 20 minutes from railway station, 5 minutes from main ferry from the airport and close to all main tourist sites. Good breakfast. For Venice a good price for location.

The Hotel is situated in an area where it is not crowded like Rialto and San Marco. The place is quiet and close to Vaporatto and Alilaguna water bus stops.Easy to navigate within the island.
The B&B is also close to COOP grocery so if you need anything, you can easily make a quick stop before you head back to the hotel.
There are several bars, restaurants and amazing hole in the wall dine in shops/bars. It's very accessible to almost anything.
It was definitely worth the hotel room price we paid. In fact for the accommodation and the location, we got a great deal!
I have to say the room was not only spacious and clean, we also have a private bathroom and the B&B kitchen was supplied with basic essentials
like water, milk, juice, coffee, frueits, cereals, yoghurt and cookies.
Our host Cristina was not only hospitable and accommodating, she was professional enough to respond in a timely mannerto our emails and phone calls. That was certainly a Plus!
For people like us who are out and about essentially the whole day and the only time we go back to our hotel room is at the end of the day
when we are ready to retire for the night, this place is for you.
I give this B&B a big thumbs up!

Very central location, close to cosy square of San Apostolini with typical bars and good restaurants. Clean and spacious room. Wifi works well. So overall top! Only breakfast is a bit medium (e.g. no fresh bread). We would definitely return to this place.
