The hotel is located next to St. Marco Square. Therefore, the location is superb and convenient. The room itself is clean and the room rate is inexpensive. However, there is no lift which may be difficult for people who carry heavy luggage. Overall, it is recommended for people who are traveling with limited budget.

If one is looking for mainly superb location, Ai do Mori is the place. Right in the middle of the town, literally 2 steps away from S. Marco piazza, we had a dissent place to stay. But at the same time, one must compromises on having a small room, actually small of everything, and most importantly, the ability to climb a steep set of stairs (like in a vessel) up to the "cabin". We managed to enjoy it, as the tiny room is spotless clean and been properly served daily. So the combination of a cleaned room, perfect location and reasonable price worked for us. Venice is so special and so much to do one doesn't really stay much in the room anyways. Bottom line, if you don't have a problem with the stairs, go for Ai do Mori hotel.

An amazing hotel may not look like it from the outside but inside it is really clean and tidy and the receptionists are so helpful they guided us with a map of the town I would recommend this hotel to anybody I know.

Customer service disgraceful. Mistake re check in required assistance and support. Instead we received emails saying, "it is your fantasy" and "be quiet!" in response. I have never received such rude and unhelpful emails from a hotel. Quite unbelievable!

A wonderful cozy little place to stay in Venice. Its location is perfect, just 2 minutes away from San Marco and all tourist spots. No stairs here so had a bit of trouble carrying our luggage. Small room, big bed, cupboard, wifi, hot water available at all times. No breakfast options but there are plenty of bars and restaurants all around for a good cup of coffee and a warm flaky croissant.

Good and friendly staff.

Loved staying here! Will definitely recommend this place
