Stayed for one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Before we even asked they offered to keep our luggage safely at the hotel after we checked out, because we still had about four hours to spend in the city, before our bus. They also gave us a map and showed us how to get to the most popular and interesting places in Venice, again, before we even asked. Room was nice and cozy, nothing to complain about. Great location. Overall we are extremely satisfied!

Very easy to find hotel from the bus station, a great location for exploring. Getting lost is very easy here so being able to follow signs for P. Roma to wind our way back through the alleyways was simple. Eliza at reception was very helpful and friendly.
The room a decent size and clean, we were directly above the restaurant and other people have commented on the noise, but we had no issues at all. It's not like you spend much time in your room.
Also if you use the A/C you'll drown out anything else.
Overall a fair price , would have loved an outdoor space to sit out but appreciate not possible.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was very fair. The hotel is in a great location to explore Venice and we would stay there again if we had the chance. The restaurant downstairs was a little loud but the Windows and much appreciated a.c. drowned it out.

The location is very handy for travel links off the island. Room was quite large and it was clean. I just would have liked a mattress with a few less old and tired bed springs poking me in the side. The walls are also paper thin so every bit of noise or conversation at reception or in the hallway could disturb you if that's a concern (though personally it wasn't an issue).

All in all its OK. I'd stay again if I was looking for something walkable from the train, bus or cruise terminals.

Good morning,
thank you very much for your reviw.
I apologize for the mattress, I will check the conditions in your room, thank you for your warning.
Regarding the noise, unfortunately our building is of the XVI Century and the walls are original, as imposed from the Municipality!
Best regards

Rooms were a bit small, but had everything you would need. Clean, warm and a great location, we were super thrilled with this choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and very accommodating in terms of allowing us to leave our backpacks at the hotel after checkout until our bus left that night. Would definitely come back!
