After being in Italy for a week, non Italian food was greatly welcomed. We tried Kansas beef and ribs. While the beef was slightly tough, the ribs were probably the most tender ribs I had ever eaten and the marinate was great too. The fries that came along with both were great too as they were crispier then usual fries and thinner too, like in between chips and fries. Definitely try the ribs if you are here!
