We are two couples from Toledo (Spain) that have enjoyed the house for thirteen days, its situation is optimal, you can reach every interestr place of Catania, by walking, in a short time.
By car access to roads connecting Catania with the rest of Sicily is very easy, the airport is just five minutes from the house.
The living room, kitchen, bedrooms and terraces are all very espacious and confortable, they are equippeed with everything needed to make you feel like at home. The air conditioning has worked perfectly (in summer´s months very important)
Massiliano (the owner) helped us in everything we needed and has been at our dispousal any time. Thanks Massimiliano it has been a pleasure.

Apartment is very well located, superclean, well equipped, one owner and design adorable! Massimiliano responds very quickly to emails so we build confidence and remove all our fears about rental. He also made himself available to us any time we needed his help or advice.

It's a cosy place with fantastic terraces overviewing medieval castle and panorama of Catania with mysterious and beautiful Etna... Must see & must stay! I warmy recommend it:)

the apartment is in a good location, I found, central but quiet, with an amazing view to a castel. It's quite spacey in general and it has good service rooms. I loved the terrace, it is really a place where you can relax or have wonderful lunch/dinner with friends.

We have been in Massimo apartments two weeks. It was amazing experience. The apartments are situated in the centre of Catania with great views to old Ursino Castle and Etna. Everything is close if you like to experience local life when travel somewhere as we do. I mean market (fish and general), different shops and restaurants etc.

The penthouse itself is very good, absolutely new and modern. Very nice design (Massimo is architector) and modern fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room and bedrooms. You can check the photos they are absolutely real.

We spent many nice evening with barbeque and dinner on the terrace, so you will not be disappointed with that penthouse. As it has all you need for good rest.

Massimo himself was very helpful and asnwered all our enumerous questions. He helped us a lot and was very responsive.

So I will recommend that penthouse to my friends if they will decide to visit Sicily as we did.
