The hotel is in a good location, close to the main tourist area of the city. I stayed for one night. My room was spotless, no issues at all, but I think the A/C was faulty. I found it extremely annoying that the TV was placed almost to the ceiling, which made it very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a complete disappointment, instant coffee and some croissants with ham & cheese, some raw tomatoes. No eggs at all. Overall my experience there was ok, but I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

Cool and calm hotel. Fresh and cool even in July. High ceilings. Good location just in the center. Nice breakfast in the morning and mostly italians. Friendly staff.
Just in the weekend a bit noisy street.

Stayed here for 7-nights with my mum. The hotel is centrally based with easy access to everything. Walking distance to the cathedral and to the harbour where we found a lovely beach bar. So many restaurants within east walking distance serving Sicilian delights.

All of the staff are amazing - very helpful, courteous and lovely. Giuseppe was particularly wonderful and extremely helpful.

The rooms are basic, but you aren’t paying the price of a 5-star hotel - the beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned and replenished everyday. Everything you need for a base and a good nights sleep.

The continental breakfast has a great choice and is very filling. The young waitress is attentive and polite.

Perfect base for exploring the wonderful city of Palermo.
