We stayed for two nights at the end of May. We could not have been happier with the location and the staff.
From check-in to check-out, the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful making restaurant reservations for us and providing recommendations.
The hotel is ideally located in the historic old part of the city, near the marina and Via Vittorio Emanuele, the main thoroughfare in Palermo, so it was easy to access the various points of interest.
We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. There was no self-serve buffet, but we made our selections, and the plates were brought to our table. Service was efficient and the choices were broad.
We also enjoyed cocktails on the terrace one afternoon and again had great service as well as an interesting view.
The room was clean and spacious, with a large bath, but it was a bit dark.
There was a desk, and plenty of outlets for phone and laptop charging.
Our room faced the side street, but noise was not an issue.
This was our second trip to Palermo, and we definitely preferred this location and hotel to our choice the first time.More
