Excellent hotel! We couldn’t behave picked a better location to amazing restaurants all in walking distance. We never needed a car. The buses and trains are safe and affordable.
We can’t say enough about how the staff go out of their way to answer questions and help. We don’t speak much Italian but they wasn’t a problem. They were willing to call around town and get us an appointment for the Covid test. But we found out you can just go to the train station and get it for free. They don’t require an appointment. It was fast. We got our test and results in 30 min.
The hotel was so nice, updated and clean. The hair dryer was handy. Nice free products in the bathroom. We had a small fridge. The ac worked great. Best thing was we were on the top floor and couldn’t hear any street noise. Worst thing was how firm the bed was. We usually had hot water. Sometimes a little in the lukewarm side. Pressure was always good.
We didn’t eat the breakfast at the hotel since we like to live like locals and have caffe and cornetto at the bar.
The morning we were leaving our phone didn’t work for our wake up call. The staff came up to our room and knocked on the door. We appreciated this. No where in the USA are you going to get that!More
