My Home far from home

Giuliano, the manager, made me feel in peace, he made sure that all my requests where heard.

Marta was a fine lady with great charm.

If I need to go again, I won’t doubt it.

I will go and stay with them.

Close to the city and at the same time away from it.

Great from beginning to end

From beginning the hotel was a great experience. I arrived at 8am way before the check in time and Giulio was kind enough to let me check in right there without having to leave my bags and come back later. Couldn't been more appreciative for that. The hotel is located directly across the port of Palermo which was beautiful. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and professional and the room was clean, roomy and very nice. The hotel is not far from the centro storico and other conveniences. The area is quiet, so you can be in the liveliness of the center and then escape to the peace of where the hotel is located. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Palermo

Meeting at Nh Palermo

I stayed at Nh hotel Palermo for a meeting. What I liked best was location, breakfast, bed comfort, staff friendliness.
But I did not appreciate the fact that I didn't receive any specific offer to extend my stay and I I had to pay like all the other guests.
Room cleaning to be improved (a lot of dust).
Nobody warned me that late check-out should be requested: on the website it says that for Nh Discovery customers on Sundays it is guaranteed, so the website is misleading.

Good location

Positives: Location: near restaurants and water, accommodating with early or late check ins/luggage. Negatives: Smell in hallways: we were on the top floor and the hallway was filled with room garbage and linen even after 2pm, breakfast not included. They will hold your luggage before or after you check in.

About the garbage was the garbage of the rooms that we leave max 15:00.

Good hotel with some downfalls

Location is great, walking distance to most things. Hotel itself is nicely designed and staff are friendly but had some easy fix downfalls that let us know and disappointed us for the price we paid. Pool was dirty (lots of floating bugs!), toiletries in the shower were empty (built in bottles of shampoo shower gel etc), the room clean didn’t take away our beer/wine glasses from the night before - and lastly it was lovely to have a nice size bath in the room to relax in after a long day walking but no bubble bath was provided which was a shame. Hopefully we had an off experience as overall we would have liked to stay here again should we return to Palermo.
