It’s a nice enough hotel with staff who seem to want to please - but the rooms are old and in need of love - breakfasts are chaotic due to large number of tour groups passing through and it’s not really a handy location to anything you want like shops or city centre - it’s a 20 minute walk at least to most things you’ll be looking for unless attending for a conference.

We had a get together dinner with 45 people and the waiters and waitresses was amazing. Claudio and Leo went above and beyond to keep the customers happy. All the food was delicious and tasted superb and it was one happy group of waitresses and waiters… if I was to recommend Palermo NH Hotel to anybody it would be this one…😀😀😀

Last night we ate at the nH Palermo restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was deliciously prepared, the wine was excellent and our wait staff were superb. The staff of Danico, Marco and Leonardo were very friendly, highly professional and made us feel like we were at home with friends. Also, a special thank you to Roberto from the hotel bar for helping us with securing a table in this excellent restaurant.
We stayed in a suite with our 2 children, great view and comfortable. The location is great, walking distance to the center. Breakfast offers lots of options and you can have it in the garden. The swimming pool is nice is staff is attentive

Good location for old town and also taking the train with the station 15 minute walk. Hotel ran very efficiently and always immaculate in public areas. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lack of storage/floor space for luggage. If staying more than a few days worth getting a room with a balcony for suitcases. Otherwise you will be tripping over them

Spacious hotel with a decent size swimming pool. Plenty of sunbeds throughout the day if sunbathing is what you’re wanting. It’s a little walk into the centre of Palermo but still in a good location. All the staff we encountered were friendly and so helpful. Would 100% return
