If you are walking around the center of Palermo - Palazzo dei Normanni, Cathedral - you will be surprised by the fact that there are no restaurants, at least visible to the stroller. Tavernetta di Dylan comes as a surprise, it's the only restaurant in a radius of hundreds of meters, and it's also a surprise for the quality of its cuisine: great sicilian food that you cannot find in more pretentious restaurants. The Fish Caponata and the Bucatini with sardines and bread crumbs are worth the visit. Less good is the list of wines and the desserts and the cofee offered in plastic cups is a fall of style, but overall it's a very goodculinary experience.
