We choose the apartment in the second building, at 50 meters from the main one and it was a good decision. Big, spacious room, nice and clean bathroom in a building on a main street, with bus station at 10 m. Excellent location in town. Strongly recommended.

The pros : convenient location near many restaurants and touristic points of interest.
The cons : overall poor service. Our booking issued by Accor website clearly indicated check in at 12pm, but when arriving at the hotel we were informed that Check-in was at 14h00. We were allocated a room in a different building , in dire need of renovation. Despite being comfortable, the room was noisy both during day and night because of works on the road and traffic during the night. When asking for a late checkout, we were told first it was impossible due to hotel occupancy, but then that this could be arranged for a fee... So clearly the hotel occupancy wasn't the main reason, more the need to drive more revenues

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay.
We understand that arriving after a long flight and facing the issues with your room must have been frustrating.
We apologize for the confusion regarding the bed arrangement. It was indeed an oversight on our part, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We should have ensured that your reservation was accurately reflected in our system.

We also apologize for the noise from the service area, the light entering the room, and the elevator beeping. These disturbances are certainly not up to our standards, and we deeply regret the impact they had on your comfort.

We appreciate your patience in bringing these matters to our attention. It was disappointing to hear that some of our staff members did not address your concerns promptly. However, we are glad that one of our team members was able to understand the problem and arrange a room change for you. We are pleased to hear that the new room provided a much more pleasant experience.

Please accept our apologies once again for the inconveniences you encountered. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable stay in the future.

Overall the hotel is nicely located, well managed, clean. Unfortunately the whole experience was ruined by the awful lack of soundproof protection in the rooms. The noise coming in from the elevators operating, toilet water flushing from other rooms, etc was unbearable. Even when using ear caps, we still couldn’t fall asleep due to the contant noises. Avoid if possible.

We stayed at this hotel twice - for two days at the beginning of our tour, and for a day at the end of our tour. Both rooms were quite different, and had their own plusses and minuses, but both were very comfortable with excellent beds, pillows and bedding. The location is indeed central, but quite far from the airport (at least 30 minutes) and a few blocks from the bulk of cafes and shopping that you might expect in a touristy area.

Our fiirst stay had two full beds, nice carpetting, comfortable temperature control, very good bathroom with a small shower unit, bidet, shelf, standing sink, pump toiletries with lots of towels. Our second stay had smaller single beds, a bathroom with a tub and shower - with handheld attached to the side wall so hard to use without water on the floor - and a small balcony.. Both times the view was to a side street. We liked the coffee-making option in the room, carpeting on the floor and good lighting..though there was a small desk, we liked the glass shelving on the walls to keep our stuff organized. On our first stay we had a good luggage rack, two chairs, an in-room safe and windows that could open for ventilation. Rooms have a TV, but we could find only the BBC that was an English channel.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly with maps and directions plus sending someone quickly to replace the batteries on the safe that wasn't working. The elevators were smallish, but very efficient. Breakfast, that was included, was excellent with the usual fare, but lots of delicious sweets, fresh fruit, meats, eggs, juices, excellent croissants and other breads. There was even a tray of cannolis that you coudl fill yourself with delicious cheese filling. Everything was clean and food was replenished quickly. One lovely gal made the hot drinks of your choice, and even with many on our tour, there was hardly ever a lineup.

There is a bar that has finger food available (bruscetta, etc.), but we found the drinks very expensive. As well, hot meals are served,- we saw them brought to the lounge area by the bar, not served in the restaurant.
