Although Of Italian descent and pretty capable cooks, we really wanted to experience cooking “the Italian way” and Toscana e gusto provided that. My husband and daughter joined me in learning how to make Pizza, Schiacciata Toscana, pici with aglione sauce - and for desert Tiramisu (all from scratch). Aside from the value of learning how to make these delicious dishes, the real joy was feeling like we were cooking with our cousins. Stefani welcomed us into her home with Anna and both were knowledgeable, fun and most important so proud of explaining how important fresh ingredients and time together play into the art of Italian cooking. If in Tuscany, don’t miss the opportunity to meet these talented and lovely cooks. Ciao, Tom, Fran & Eva. NY USA

We feel we have new friends in Camucia. Stephania and Anna are the best people! We were taken in to Stephania’s home immediately and made to feel like family. This was the most amazing experience. We cooked schiacciata ,ragu , made pasta, ravioli, involtini of pork tenderloin, and amazing tiramisu. I’ve never liked tiramisu, because it is usually so mushy. Now, I can make my own, which is absolutely stellar. The two worked so well together. One can tell they are close friends- and enjoy their passion of working with people interested in food! We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our day with Anna and Stephania!!! Sign up!!! You will not be sorry!

We decided to try this fabolous cooking course after our north italian/Tuscany "gastro travel". Stefanie and his daughter opened his house and his heart to us. Was a beautiful experience to learn how to make fresh pasta , tiramisu and several italian dishes in their kitchen and then we could taste them in his (new) covered terrace!
Lovely moments!

Ciao famiglia!!

We had the best time with Stefania and Anna! There were four of us and we were paired with another group of four for this half day class that turned into to a full day! We started in the market where Stefania selected a few last minute items and then we returned to Stefania’s kitchen where she and Anna created a fun-filled day with plenty of hands-on prepping, wine, food and great company. The food was amazing and they made it seem so easy to do. We can’t wait to try the recipes at home.

1-10, definitely an 11. First, Stefania and Anna are just amazing to be around. Fun, exciting and make you feel like you've known them forever. Second, they really teach you how to make things from scratch. We both dabble in the kitchen a bit but this was amazing to learn things from step 1 and how to incorporate fresh vegetables and herbs in to what you make. We did the pizza, pasta, dessert class. We made a few different types of pizzas, fettuccini, ravioli and tiramisu. Lastly, we all sat down at the table afterwards and enjoyed the fruits of our labor in the kitchen. There is no way you will leave hungry with ALL of the scrumptious food you make with Stefania and Anna's guidance. We had such an amazing time that we signed up for a tour with them for tomorrow that we are counting the hours until. This is well worth twice the money !!! Thank you Anna and Stefania.
