Our apartment was up the hill from this adorable restaurant. We were glad the climb was steep so we stopped to try it. The owner is charming and his wife a great Chef. The food is excellent and the presentation sensational. My husband had the lasagna with pistachio and cheese and said "the pistachio crunch and flavors" were fantastic. I had the goose pate with duck speck - the flavors exploded in my mouth and the tagliatelle ith the local beef ragu (chianina) was incredible. We are from Phoenix where we have many great restaurants and this would be ranked high if it was in our City. Make this a must on your list of great places to eat in Cortona!!!
