We were a group of seven friends looking for a good value meal. We made a booking on Saturday night as we thought it could be busy. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel very welcome, the owner and waitress were extremely friendly and gave us very good suggestions for what to order. My friends ordered the 'Tourists Menu' which was a pizza or a pasta and a glass of wine for €15. I Got the 'first love' menu (I think) which was €20 and I got a delicious meat and cheese board with delicious bread and jams, followed by two Ateliers which were Gorgeous!!! The restaurant was surprisingly quite but for the first time in Italy we left a Restaurant full and satisfied.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The staff were super friendly, food delicious and very good value for money!

We visited here a few times during our break in Florence, at lunch time for a glass of Prosecco and one evening for dinner. On each occasion it was fantastic, warm, cosy and really welcoming. It is on a lovely, quiet side street just round the corner from Santa di Croce, and offers a welcome respite from the busier main streets of Florence. The staff were charming, and the owner was great, making us feel relaxed and comfortable. The portions, food and drink, are generous, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Probably the worst restaurant we ever ate in. The decoration was weird, the chairs too small, the staff tried to be friendly but was oppressing and pushy. We ordered white wine and a glass of coke, they brought us red one, and the coke was without any gas bubbles. We thought it couldn't get any worse, until they brought us food (of course the 2 of us didn't get the food simultaneously): we got a ridiculous amount of pasta in the plate, and they were undercooked, almost raw, and soaked in water.
Don't go there!

We are staying right across the square from this lovely, quaint bar and eatery.

From the moment we arrived the lovely Manager greeted us with a warm smile and open arms inviting us into his uniquely Firenza dining experience.

As we we were tired from all the amazing sights and tourist spots we wanted something close to our accommodation and well we found a little gem here.

It was recommended to us to have a type of food that is very unique to Firenza which we most certainly did not regret at all....Think they are called Ateliers.

They were...DELICIOUS!!!!!!

We will most definitely return here again xx

We stopped here on the way to Santa Croci. Firstly it looked pretty outside, then it was very stylish and comfortable inside. The food was very good, especially their staffed atelier. The service was great and the price very good
