We enjoyed a delightful Easter Brunch at Nu Ovo. The wait staff were efficient and very friendly. The menu was set for the Brunch event, beginning with Eggs three ways, (all amazing). We then had tagliatelle w/mushrooms, followed by lamb ribs sous vide with roasted potatoes. Dessert was also excellent, passion fruit semifreddo, w/chocolate ice soup, lime and white chocolate.
The wine selection was smal, but had good offerings.
After the brunch we took the elevator to the rooftop lounge for photos of the city. We then reserved a time to return that night for happy hour on the roof. And that was an excellent way to see our last sunset in Florence, until next time!
