When you arrive you have to ring them so you can get through the gate. This place is very cozy. They can accommodate families, they have twin beds they can move around and some rooms have a 3rd bed. The rooms are roomy, worn down, basic wear from age BUT clean. Its def an older building. Sheets are very white and clean. Bathroom was spotless and very clean. Our room was great. However, my mother in laws room wasn’t as nice. Ceiling or something leaked a bit. Color scheme was ugly lol but ours was nice.

However the staff overall was really nice. we arrived early and had to head out right away so they let us store our luggage in a locked room.

View from the rooms are amazing!!! Large beautiful windows.

Showers are on the small side.

Some of the staff speaks spanish.

I would stay here again. It felt like i was staying at a friends house.

We Stayed here for 4 nights, and it was perfect for what we wanted. The Room was clean and safe, there was plenty of hot water for the shower, and the bed was was comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very nice, continental breakfast and good coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and always ready to help with any questions and to give advice local attractions.
Its not a modern building, and the rooms are not modern, but they were very nice and clean, and for the money it was excellent value, and I will definitely book it again when I return.

Room Tip: A room overlooking the Square gives great views of the city

This hotel is located in building 3rd floor, not a standart hotel. Infront of park, you can find parking on a side.. Rooms are old fashion, feels like you came to visit your grandparents..:). Though bathrooms are very clean, there is small terrace for smokers.. breakfast- cosi-cosi, nothing Wow, to get good coffee better go out.. but very quiet kind old Signore grandpa will meet you with kindness and will be very polite and smiling.. room what we chose in booking.com on picture wasn't the same what we've got.. but anyway for 2 nights what is needed- bed, internet, TV, clean bathroom and some breakfast..

Got so much mosquitos bites!
Very noisy place next to a park that seem they play games in the late evening! The lady owner is not very friendly! Not my style of place to stay! I thought it was a hotel but more like a B&B!

We stayed here for almost a week, it has good location, easy to walk to the center, to the train station.

Negatives:
Room was not clean, dusts in fake flowers, heater, lights, ventilator. (although bed was made everyday, towels were changed)
Bathroom is really small and had strange smell.

It is good to stay for few nights just to sleep and take a shower, but for this price i think you can get better place. It claims to be 3* hotel, but in Milan we stayed in 2* and it was much better..
