The hotel is full of art it feels like your staying in a gallery, beds are comfortable, room are big, the view is wonderful, breakfast was not bad and decent, service was generally very good, I definitely would love to visit it again..
I gave it 4 stars because of the bugs and I think the reason is the area around the river..

Dear Shikha,
Thank you for your courtesy and for the time you are dedicated to writing this review.
Unfortunately in Florence for some short periods there may be some mosquitoes due the river Arno that crosses the city.
We look forward to the next time you will want to stay in Florence.

Sincerely, Management_LV50

Currently staying here and it is a pleasure. The staff are extreamly friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are small, however they are very clean as is the whole hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in a nice quiet area and only 5 minute walk from the centre. Perfect location.

The hotel is a short walk to the very centre of Verona, but it is easy to navigate to and is a pleasant walk along the river. The room we had - a deluxe room - was very spacious, with very high ceilings and parquet flooring. The breakfast buffet was very generous and was served overlooking the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went to great lengths to give advice and direction. It was by no means a budget hotel, but I genuinely believe it was worth the rate. It really ‘made’ our time in Florence

Dear James,
Thank you for coming to stay here, we are glad that you enjoyed our hospitality and we are at your disposal next time you decide to stay in Florence!
Probably in your comment you wrote Verona in the first sentence by mistake. We don't suggest to our Guests to walk to the center of Verona because it will be quite a walk ;)
Sincerely,
Reception_LV50

Just left The Lungarno Vespucci after a four night stay. I have to say it is absolutely outstanding - and I have stayed in many hotels worldwide. It is just so charming, with a 10 min walk along the river to Ponte Vecchio you are so close but in a lovely quiet area away from the crowds overlooking the river. We had a room with private terrace (#21) which was fabulous. It is privately owned and Andrea the manager / owner and his team can not do enough for you - advising you of the city, restaurants and day trips around fantastic Tuscany. The hotel is clean with superb original 1840's frescos and lovely original bathrooms beautifully restored. Andrea - thank you for your wonderful hospitality - and to your friendly team - it is people like you who make all the difference ! We will return and look forward to seeing you again ! Tony.

The room was bigger than I expected with a huge bathroom. Tastefully decorated but with touches of the original decor. We were directly opposite the terrace which had great views and was perfect for early evening drinks. The breakfast room is spectacular and not to be missed. Location is just 10 minutes from everything you would want to see but quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Room Tip: All rooms seem pretty good
