This apartment is in the perfect location. It was only minutes from everything we wanted to see, but on a side street so it was quiet. In addition, the apartment is beautiful and spacious. The only minor issue was that the owner was late letting us into the apartment so we had to wait in the alley for an hour with our luggage.

Lovely large apartment, really comfortable, clean, well equipped and ideally situated in the centre of Florence. Perfect, had a great 3 days exploring Florence. Will definitely return!!

“Spacious apartment in a great location”

This apartment worked well for our family for early June 2014. Considering the location, it was an excellent value.
Pros
-location
-lots of space
-quiet
-nice dining room table for family dinners
-apartment is not air conditioned, but there is a room air-conditioning unit in the combination living room/dining room
Note
-3rd floor, so lots of stairs (travel light!)
-2nd bath with shower had no edge to catch water, so we ended up using main bath for showers
-no hand soap or trash bags so we had to buy both right away
