Great and modern hotel. Also the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel.
Walking to the old city is not recommandabel but the busstop is very close. tickets can be bought at the reception.

Stayed for just one night, staff was helpful and friendly from the front desk to the two ladies at breakfast. Great if you have a car as they have private parking and you can either get the bus into town or a taxi. The only thing I'd criticise is the breakfast room can't accommodate all the hotel guests if everyone turns up at more or less at the same time, this said the staff make you feel comfortable if you have to wait for a table to free up

1.Kind staffs! They reply me really fast online. We arrived on the Palio Day, the font-desk boy from Bruco give us a map and give us super detailed info about how to whach the Palio. So we buy a Bruco’s Flag in Siena.Hahaha...
2.The room is clean and bed is soft. House keeping every moring around 10am.
3.The breakfast on 7-10am is really good.
4.The hotel is outside Siena city, but near the highway, and has free parking. We call a Taxi about 10Euro to the city center and walk back after dinner about 30 minutes.

Room Tip: room 1-4 on grand floor can see the car park from window. safe!

Stayed in this hotel beause it is situated central in Tuscany. Just next to the highway, free parking. Good, clean rooms. Breakfast ok but could use some variation. Very good price/quality ratio (we payed < 50 euro per night for the room incl breakfast)

Upon arrival the welcome was just fine, friendly and professional.

It's located just south of the city centre. (For all who are oblivious to the centre's location...it's strategically located on top of a mountain. Meaning: a hotel located, say at 1-2 km/miles from the city centre, is positioned dówn the hill(!)
But nevermind. Taxi's are allowed everywhere and at a very fair rate. So, take one when the 20-30 minute hike uphill is too tiring. Or, catch a bus. The bus stop is across the street.

The room was good enough, clean, a nice bathroom and an unexpected excellent breakfast.

Staff has been really helpful in several ways too, which we were really thankful for.

However, one point of relevant interest is the airconditioning. Be advised; it's controlled from reception and shuts off during night time. When the room turns out too warm, opening the window will only shut it off too. Then you're even further from some cooling down. Even in May or June things might turn up too hot for comfort, let alone in July or August.

Note: the local pizza restaurant across the street makes great food for a non touristy price. Enter Siena's city centre and triple your bill(!)
