What generally makes a good restaurant is the ability to manage situations of over attendance. We have been here the day of Easter (evening).
They put us seating in a table for two, but we were in four. I managed anyway.
We ordered two risotto, they told us to have 25 minutes of preparation. They took one hour, and it was not good as expected. Indeed, if you prepare a risotto with red wine and truffle the wine shall evaporate in full otherwise you do not taste the truffle, as it was.
The wine they advised was bad.
The hamburger even not good since mixed with cheese. Even the fettuccine with lamb ragout had a taste too strong.
To be honest we have been travelling 5 days in Italy and this was the first time to have a wrong, unexpected dinner.
Better to find another solution.
