The hotel is clean, efficient and super well located. The front desk was helpful with maps and taking questions. Two snags: I had requested feather pillows (allergic) and on day 2 they swapped out all the pillows in the hotel and didn't give me back non-feather - at night the front desk guy said I was lucky that there was one left - not exactly top service comment. Second: The food may be good I wouldn't know because the two people who run/man the restaurant were so understaffed it took forever to even get a menu. Plenty of other options around!
