Staff were without exception charming and helpful (which is sadly far from standard in St Moritz). I only sayed for one night because I wanted to extend my holiday and my hotel was full, but I would stay here again.

Stayed: February 2017

For the second year running I have nothing but praise for this hotel, located in the centre of St Moritz. Good quality (though small in some instances) rooms, excellent service from housekeeping, restaurant and front office. Food in the restaurant is very good.

Great location in the centre of town, short walk to the ski lift.
Hotel smart and very clean nice pictures of different artists on each floor.
Rooms excellent with comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space and excellent bathroom.
Exceptional food available full a la carte choice on half board including fillet steak, lobster etc.
Most staff seemed to be Italian but most spoke good English, all were very friendly and helpful.
Spa on the top floor with great views of the lake, only lacking a swimming pool but otherwise very good with all the usual facilities.
Arrived by train from Zurich with no problems to or from the train station. The hotel arranged the transfers.
In summary I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in St Moritz.

- the location in the midst of the old town, above hotel Badrutt is spectacular
- you reach shops, train station and lake easily, walking distance 15 min max.
- the rooms are comfortable and with a lovely bathroom
- sleeping quality is great
- carpet makes breathing difficult for allergic people and stinks a bit
- minibar is not regularly doublecheckec - we had alcohol bottles filled with water in it...
- breakfast was fabulous and rich, good coffee as well- reception and restaurant staff are friendly
- staff at spa area very unfriendly and constantly controlling you, even at nude area, a no- go
- the spa area and roof terrace, though, are amazing, with all you wish.
- soap at shower next to pool missing, should be there to have clean people in the pool
- overall the language skills of staff was poor. As swiss people we were treated in english or very broken german, hardly any swiss german understanding. A bit embarrassing.

Located in the pedestrian area but if you come with the car, you can ask the hotel to open the barrier then you can drop the luggages in front of the hotel.
For the parking, you just ask the staff (valet) because the parking location is a bit far from the hotel. If I am not mistaken, you will be charged CHF 21/day.
They have spa, sauna and jacuzzi too. The receptionist will bring you a short tour before you go to the room.

The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. I have to give credit to one of the guy (maybe the bell boy or something) but I fort his name. Maybe Marco. He speaks French.
He helps me to pick up my wallet that left in the car (already in parking site).
They also have "open bedding" service and the staff will offer you a chocolate:) Nice.
