Very friendly welcome. Small room, and even smaller bathroom, but exactly what we needed. Nice cool beer in the evening and a lovely chat. Very quiet environment. Can't fault it. We will certainly stay there again.

We arrived after 10 hrs (as we had informed the hotel) , the main door was closed and a not so friendly staff member in (his pyjama!) opened finally the door for us. This after calling a few time the emergency number (which was not answered).
Rooms small and simply equipped, The hotel had a smell of cats. (cat in corridor!)
Heating was off, although it was autumn.
Bathroom very outdate. Did remember us of our grand parents.
No coffee and tea facilities, no safe.
Breakfast served at table (no buffer). Staff was welcoming, offering a newspaper. Checking if everything was okay.

Thanks to the atmosphere a the breakfast table we have rated the hotel a bit higher

We spent one evening at this pension located in a quiet Apledoorn neighborhood. The accommodations were comfortable. Their breakfast the following morning was quite extensive and filling. Good value for money. We would recommend it.
