Lovely little hotel, perfect location. Extremely helpful Receptionist.
Nice room, quite compact but had everything required.
Beautiful small garden at the back, where we sat and had drinks in the evening.

Hotel is located on the edge of the Vrijthof, the famous Maastricht city square and based on Italian style family hotels. Nicely decorated with a beautifull enclosed garden. Staff italian style friendly and not too organized ;-) Our room, and that of our friends was OK, but rather dark, small window and little lighting., but for the rest it was very good. Nice breakfast (can be enjoyed in the garden) , so highly recommended for a stay in Maastricht

The hotel rooms are those of a lower-level three star hotel. To be specific, they are small. The hotel pretends to look like a botique hotel. Indeed, it does not completely succeed in that managing staff are quite annoying sometimes even they prenetend to look kind. Wasn't a place to relax.

The hotel is located in a sort of private housing. Therefore, all the facilities are neither too comfortable nor spacious. For instance, after placing an arm chair closer to a window (for there was a shortage of light, both natural and artificial one) the door would not open smoothly etc. etc. Anyway, the prices for rooms are quite inflated, thus it is better to check the surroundings. Breakfast was 16 EUR--which is even more overpriced given the room rates. As I already said, I felt a constant shortage of light while in the room. The only benefit was the location. Synthetic bed linen.
