Arrived here mid morning from the airport and Naomi in reception managed to check us in on the 9th Floor. Room was clean and perfect for short breaks. The metro and train station provides a good service to Central Amsterdam (M54) in about 15-20 minutes. The train takes you to and from the airport in about 10 minutes.
We got the Amsterdam card for three days which includes the airport return by train and three days of travel on the metro and trams.
The breakfast was very good with lots of variety including scrambled and boiled eggs.
Lots of pastries cereals cheeses etc
Due to a misunderstanding our room was not cleaned and upon informing reception Alex the manager managed to get this sorted and accompanied us to the bar with a cocktail whilst we waited for the room to be cleaned. This was much appreciated as we had a long day in town.
We had a good chat with him and he then upgraded our last breakfast to the Holiday Inn which included more variety of hot food.
Alex was hospitable and very pleasant. Thanks Alex
Navin in the Holiday Inn breakfast area was very hospitable and pleasant to talk with.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for all reasons mentioned above.

Charity she give is very good service, the food was very good everything was clean, the service. Me and my boyfriend we come here again for the best service that she give us. The room was also clean and the service was Nice also. Thank you charity ❤️
