Stayed for one night for business. The hotel and rooms are very nice albeit the location off city center is not so convenient and the view onto the roof of the adjacent building quite uninspiring.
Friendly staff. Did not have dinner or breakfast.

Stayed 1st time in Lumen and find out it was fantastic hotel. Room is nice and clean, nothing to complain about. what a breakfast, with many option to eat. Love to drink mix fruit juice or fresh orange juice everyday. Location wise, very near to city centre to visit historical places. Overall, love to stay again.

A very new hotel! Rooms look exactly like advertised pictures with funky colours. For the Netherland’s this Hotel is very well priced! It oozed all the luxuries that I did not expect. Pillow bar, Nespresso Machine, Two flatscreen TV’s, open plan living etc! A very great hotel, lovely staff.

Lumen hosted a large two day business event for me this month. I needed over one hundred hotelrooms, a large plenary room for 100+ people and several breakoutrooms.
The hotelrooms were no problem. Lumen is one of the few locations in the Northern part of the Netherlands with over 100 bedrooms. The rooms are good, clean and spacious. With the adjacent Event Center it was also very easy to organize the plenary & breakouts sessions.
Lumen facilitated nearly everything for me: catering, AV technology and transportation for the group to an external facilty. I am very happy with the results & would recommend them!

Business event at this hotel, with dinner/drinks and early start next day. We are Sponsor of this event. Hotel can only be booked for minimum of 2 nights stay. Means: after dinner/drinks drive to other hotel, check in/out and drive back next morning, or book 2 nights of which one is unused.

My sincere apologies that you cannot book our hotel during your business event. We have a maximum number of rooms for every event. Unfortunately the event rooms are sold out when your event take place.
We have a lot of guest which would like to stay for more nights during that week. If we sell all our rooms to people which are attending the event we do not have space for our regular guests.
I'm very sorry that the maximum number of rooms are reached and that you have to book another hotel in Zwolle.
