Nice stay room needs Some TLC

A nice hotel that has been located in Zwolle for years. The executive suite is dated and needs some TLC. Showering in the bath, a no go for us. The restaurant is closed due to COVID. Made use of a package with breakfast and a 3-course menu in the room. Food is delivered to the door at an agreed time. Quality is good and portions are generous. Minus point on the top floor, the blinds do not close properly. because of this we were awake at 6:00 am because of the daylight. Staff is very friendly.

For your next stay please let us know you would like a room with a shower and no bathtub, some guests prefer a room with bathtub, therefore we have a few rooms with a bathtub in the bathroom. I will let my colleague of maintenance know of you comment about the blinds in your room, so he can fix this issue, thank you for letting us know!

Great location great people

Very friendly staff and they pay attentions on details. The hotel has great food and have variety of local dishes. They made even a special dish for my business partner who is vegetarian The hotel is in walking distance from Zwolle centrum what is a nice city to visit.
4 time I stayed here this year :)

Great place to discover the area - even in COVID time

The hotel did a lot extra to make it comfortable during COVID19. Walking routes, extra cleaning, breakfast buffet with a distance and very friendly personnel. Easy walk to Zwollte city centre, close to the station and quiet at night

Excellent weekend

We stayed a weekend in this hotel based on a ANWB offer.
Hotel nicely located between tarin station and city center.
Welcome at the hotel was delightful with excellent explanation and touristic information.
Rooms clean, spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was very tasty with more than enough choice. Brasserie is spacious and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Nice central hotel

Medium sized hotel, established 90 years ago. About opposite the central railway station this perfectly located to explore both Zwolle and it’s surroundings. This hotel is really suited to groups; nice large meeting rooms and nice enough hotel rooms. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a grip on the meeting room temps.

My hotel room was located in the back this quiet. No air on but a window that could be opened.
