Stayed at Pillows again after four months of COVID interruption: it was nice to be back. Great service as usual, great food, great atmosphere. Home away from home. Wouldn’t want to stay elsewhere in Zwolle.

The stay in this hotel was a very nice experience. Very friendly and very comfortable. The very best of this hotel you can read in the name of the hotel: the best pillows I ever had in any hotel in the netherlands.

Beautiful hotel with great hospitality. Nice rooms and delicious breakfast combined with excellent service made my trip a good experience. I strongly recommend this hotel which is located near the train and Close to the centrum of Zwolle.

+ Very kind & helpfull staff
+ Close to the city without being IN the city, (not much trafic outisde hotel)
+ Good layout and designed rooms, and the bed was so comfortable!
+ Breakfast was so good! You take a seat and they come ask what you want, don't be shy. Tell them what you want and they will try do their best to fix it or something similar.

Lovely room, wonderful food, friendly & professional staff / super to have breakfast prepared to order & served. Only gripe the gym is ridiculously small and has no weights but there is a great gym nearby - drop in just €5 with token from hotel .
