Congratulations to everyone who works at this hotel. They were amazing. Probably the kindest, friendliest staff I have ever dealt with.
The entrance and welcoming feels very old school and comfortable - quaint. But the hotel rooms feel like a new, modern, upscale hotel. The best of both worlds. I would stay again for sure, and recommend it highly.

High quality boutique hotel. Very nice personal service with lovely staff. Very relaxed and nice rooms. You can park your car in safe spot next to hotel. All in all very nice place to stay near city centre and near train station.

My stay at pillows was wonderful. The staff is always very helpful and makes you feel like you are the only guest in the hotel. We were welcomed with sparkling wine and recommendation on what to do in town for the day.
Boutique Hotel where I always come back to stay when I go to Zwolle. Fantastic place to relax and most convenient location (2 mins walk from Zwolle Train Station).
Staff is very attentive, professional
Food - great breakfast (but allow more time to have it than any other hotel)
Dinner there was superb - excellent original menu and presentation
