We went for High Wine today for the third time as the last visits were excellent. Unfortunately not today We did arrive 15 mins early and had a drink near the bar. The drinks took ages to come 15 more mins. We felt forgotten. When we got to our table it was by the window with a good view. It took a further 10 mins for someone to come and explain the wines and bring the first course. Cheese lovely. Nuts and olives with a glass of cava. Then we waited and waited and waited. In the end we decided this was not a good experience not like we had before by a long way. Spoke to the manager explained we were not prepared to wait, offered to pay for what we had, to be fair he declined our offer of payment he apologised and we left very disappointed. He gave us free admission to the Euromast the next time we're in town which was appreciated but we left very very disappointed as this is always one of our highlights when in Rotterdam

Today we had dinner at Euromast Tower with high expectations, especially driven by the high price. Unfortunately it was one of the worst service experiences I ever had in a restaurant.

- we went there with my parents (in total 4 pax)
- we had to wait 26mins to get our PRERESERVED table
- for waiting time we got sparkling wine, which was standing already so long, that it had no sparkling anymore
- they brought dirty wine glasses (had to be exchanged)
- spoons for the soup were missing (took three minutes to get them - soup was cold)
- dipp for the nachos was missing
- they brought wrong meat for the maindish, exchanged it and all 4 maindishes were cold before we started eating
- the „Rib Eye“ steak was of really bad quality
- the duck of my parents was actually pretty good
- i ordered creme brulee as desert - again the spoon was missing (took another 3mins to get it)
- the restaurant wasnt heated anymore after 9pm: it got really cold, mum wanted to leave
- in total we had seven waiters/waitresses, which was the worst experience ever

We will definitely never go there again!

Very glad to have come here for a big get together. You have to pay an entry fee but it is worth it as we got a little tour between our courses about the skyline and the building. We took the chef’s menu and the accompanied wine arrangement. Both were delicious, especially the lava cake dessert. Euromast is definitely the place for a special occasion.

We had a voucher (worth 40 Euro) to enjoy a high tea for two. We chose to do that in the restaurant of the Euromast.
It was a disappointing experience. The food served for two persons was minimal, mostly sweet and not all of it was freshly made. The best part was the tiny cup of soup with the mini quiche.
Nobody came to ask whether we want some more tea or something else to drink.
Personnel was unorganized and it was a bit strange that, in the cramped restaurant, personnel was decorating the Christmas tree....

Relaxing atmosphere with a breathtaking view. Waiter was friendly and brought the English menu as soon as he realised we were tourists. Recommended
