We arrived early in the evening (7.30) and had a nice and friendly welcome. The dinner was good (although the boiled potatoes weren't sufficiently cooked) but as time went on (and clients came in) the level of noise became terrible. We left at 9.30 and were relieved to be in the quiet street.
One recommendation: when the restaurant is crowded do not accept a table on the first floor since noise tends to go up!
The trendy decoration (no carpets, no curtains, low cieling) might be responsible!
