The cocktails are very nice , you have
Many choice also you have cocktails without alcohol
You can eat ice also milkshakes.
Friendly servers.
If you wanna drink a cocktail that's a good place for it.
It's also a hotel but never try it.

This is a small unassuming looking little bar/ hotel. We came here 30 years ago as students and returned this month to visit. The cocktails were as amazing as I always remembered. Generous sized drinks served with a fruit salad style decoration. Fun and well priced in a very pretty location mere the 'restaurant street'.
Well worth a visit

Stayed here two nights with friends. Nice. Cheap hotel bang in the middle of town. Very friendly staff and the hotel and bar ooze nostalgia. Anybody that complains about the state of the hotel should simply go to a more expensive hotel. What do you expect for a 1 star hotel?

Pure nostalgia directed us towards this once famous cocktail bar attached to the hotel. Once very known for its famous huge cocktails with fresh fruit, it has become a place to avoid. Unattractive, close to filthy, bottled fruit juice, fruit sticks from the day before, waiters unattractive. We had one drink an decided to never come back again.

I rate this place three stars but I would still recommend it. Leuven is a wonderful place to visit and this hotel is in the center of it all. The room is very outdated and loud, but saying that, it is in the center of bar district and hotel professor is also a bar. We enjoyed the bar district ;) so that was a plus for us. In addition to the bars there are quite a bit of restaurants nearby and some beautiful buildings to visit.

The room was huge per European hotel room standards with a lot of windows overlooking the street. Other than that there wasn't many positives. It was old, outdated, and had no shower, It was very clean though. Although the room is very outdated and old, we really enjoyed our stay in Leuven and would recommend you visit here over Brussels. Plus, it was a lot cheaper!

This town is a college town with a ton of students. Sometimes this can be a negative but they were very polite to us and even offered to help us when we looked lost.

We unfortunately did not partake in breakfast everyday. The last day we had to leave early and we made it to breakfast. It was great. Tons of food, fresh bread, cheese, fruits and meats. We were really sad we missed this the first two days.

If you like to enjoy the local nightlife, you won't mind the outdated rooms, stay here. The staff is friendly, free breakfast is good, and the location is great.

Room tip: Our room had a street view with large windows, it was nice.
