This lovely B+B is perfectly located within walking distance of the centre of Leuven and adjacent to the Begijnhof gates. Comfortable and clean room. Very fresh and tasty breakfast. Would highly recommend

The Guesthouse Begijinhof was simply amasing. It is in a central and artistic position, just in front of one of the oldest and fascinating part of the city. Michel, the owner, is really super welcoming and careful to the need of the guests. The whole building is very well restored and furnished. The breaksfast is rich of very high quality and also home-made products, a unique experience. I would definitely come back there

This is a highly recommended place to stay in Leuven. It might seem a bit pricey, but it is value form money. The room is comfortable, the bathroom very functional with a wonderful shower and the highlight is the breakfast: home made bread, home made jam and eggs from their own chicken, freschly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits, great cheese selection, etc. etc. If you go in the warmer season a nice garden in the backyard.... and you are just in front of one of the Beijnhof's entrances. Micheal is extremely welcoming and hospital

The guesthouse has been renovated to a high standard and is very comfortable. It is just next door to Begijnhof where I was attending a course which also made it very convenient. It is only a 10-15 minute pleasant walk to the town centre and also meant the area is relatively quiet and peaceful.
Michel is so very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great with lots of homemade jams too.

A very warm welcome can be expected from Michel Vandijck at the Gusethouse Begijnhof. The guest house which dates back to the 17th century has been tastefully refurbished to a very high standard, whilst not losing any of its old world charm.

I stayed there in June with a friend during a visit to the Waterloo 200 reenactment and Leuven was the perfect place to act as base camp. The guest house is perfectly situated, within easy walking distance of the town centre and the very good number of bars and restaurants there.

The rooms are of the very highest standard and the breafast like wise. Michel is the genial host and nothing is too much trouble with a variety of breakfast asssortments. Ask him for his speciality; poached eggs!

Thoroughly delightfull stay and I'm happy to give it 5 stars.

Room Tip: Don't forget to have a look at Michel's garden at the rear of the property
