We stayed at Sonja's B&B during the Christmas season. We were given an extremely warm welcome, and couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. Every little detail was accounted for - the room would be a great, cozy place to stay in any season.

Sonja gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations, as well as some interesting history of Bruges. Breakfast was perfect, and the apartment is very well located for exploring Bruges - but also in a nice quiet area to get some great sleep at night.

This is the perfect spot to stay in the beautiful city of Bruges!

We had our second stay this year at My B&B for 4 nights between Xmas and New Year.
We love it because there's no fuss you can come and go as you please, in fact Sonja was working during the days we were there (or preparing for her New Year party) but that's the secret you really do feel it's your home from home. It is always warm and welcoming and very clean. The fact that it's a little off the beaten track is great becuase it allows you to visit an area perhaps you wouldn't normally, particularly for regular visitors to Brugge like us.
Brugge between Xmas and New Year is great becuase the Xmas Market and Ice Rink is still in full swing and the Ice Sculputre Show this year was spectacular.
We'll be back.

From the moment we went through the front door of Bilkske 81 - a quiet street near the canal that rings the city - we entered a Brugge home - a world that most tourists do not see. Our hostess never overwhelmed us, as often happens in B&Bs, but was there to chat when needed or just left us to enjoy her house and garden, and then appeared in the morning to serve fresh orange juice and coffee. The room was on the first floor, clean and airy, with views out over the garden. The shower was superb (plus seperate bath) and the twin bed very comfortable. The house is in a very nice part of town, with some inexpensive bars and eating places just a short walk away, and still near enough to walk into the centre. Cat lovers like me will be pleased to make friends with Yoda. Looking forward to our next visit.

We were recommended My B&B by the owners of another Bruges B&B so obviously had to give it a try. We were not dissapointed. Everyone's earlier comments are spot-on.
We stayed for 3 nights and managed to have our breakfast in Sonja's beautiful courtyard garden on two mornings of our stay and sat out one afternoon drinking some of the famous Belgian beer.
Sonja is a lovely host and a very interesting person, making you very welcome in her home.
We have been to Bruges many times and stayed in several B&B's but I'm sure this is one we'll be coming back to (hopefully soon).
