I had a 5 night stay at this hotel and enjoyed every day. A small hotel close to the station and beaches and is very careful with cleanliness.. reassuring at a time like this. The staff are friendly and helpful and wore masks at all times and made sure guests did the same. My room was bright, well-equipped & spotless & the maid service excellent. It had a balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast was okay but I think hard boiled eggs could have been served without the kitchen being too involved – which the waitress said they were trying to avoid. Otherwise, the service was cheerful and food ok, if a bit repetitive. In the evening there was a nice bar which served super snacks. All told a happy experience. And keeping guests safe was a priority. A short walk downhill are restaurants, a church and the beach. There is a pretty garden in front of the casino. And a train takes one to Lisbon in approx 45 minutes each way and is a pleasant ride along the waterside. Not expensive either. Walking back to the hotel from the station is a bit of a hike but not really too bad. I would be quite happy to return and stay at the Londres in Estoril on another visit here as I was really well cared for by all the friendly and happy staff especially Catherina & Nuno. Also happy to recommend it to friends. I really enjoyed my stay. (PS: One small word to the manager: please could you put a soap dish beside the basin tap to stop the soap getting wet and soggy. Even a cheap plastic one will do)

On first impressions reception staff where lovely.
Bedrooms are a Mix of new and old
All needs a bit of tic.
Pool was freezing which was a big disappointment as we had our six year old with us. No pool towels.
No tea or coffee in room.

Breakfast well that was just awful
No fresh bread or croissants
No hot foods
No cereals.
Plain yogurts
Nothing was fresh at all.
Oh yes orange juice in the machine was disgusting
This hotel should be ashamed of what they put out.
Considering the hotel was not full it was awful.
Give it a miss and pay more to stay at the radisson.

Very nice hotel in a good location, The rooms were big but lacked a simple and important amenity such as a hot water kettle and coffee and tea in the room. It had a refrigerator.
The Breakfast buffet was good with a variety, open between 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Parking facilities are street parking between 5 PM to 9AM but there is free parking close by. Front desk is friendly and helpful.I would recommend this hotel and stay here in the future.

Room tip: 4th floor facing street or ground floor pool .

My sister and I stayed here last week, and were very pleased with our spacious twin rooms each, we had been lucky enough to get an upgrade for one of them. The rooms were bright, clean, well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the garden. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and booked a picnic breakfast for us on our final day as we left too early for breakfast. The breakfast was extremely good value for money and had an excellent selection to suit all tastes and diets. It was served in a dining room overlooking the swimming pool, which was a lovely way to start the day. The location was a short uphill walk from the seafront in Estoril, with easy access to the railway station for travelling further afield. The pretty seaside town of Cascais was a pleasant stroll along the promenade, or a cheap train ride away. The hotel had its own bar, with a hairdresser, newsagent and car hire shop on site. The only reason I did not award 5 stars is the fact that the restaurant was closed for decorating, so only a very limited evening menu was available, but that is a small fact, there was food available if needed, in the bar area, Overall, a very nice hotel for a short break, and excellent value for money.
