Appartments are very well decorate à rock'n roll way, even a marshall bluetooth speaker is in the room.
My appartment was Smaller than he looks like on the photo but big enough for me.
Be awared that if you are driving parking is very hard during the day but easier at night.
I'll stay there for sure on my next visit to lisboa :-)

Extremely nice and clean, spacious apartments very near all amenities. I noticed that some people seem to complain about the stairs. This is hilarious. The entire city of Lisbon is covered in stairs. What difference does another dozen or so? The accommodation is beautifully designed and has all the modern gadgets required for a long and enjoyable stay. Very comfortable beds and mattresses. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Great location. We had a superb short stay

We stayed here last month in the room with private terrace and outside bath. The stay was lovely and wish we would have been there during summer. The seating area outside was a bit wasted with it being so cold.
Word of warning, the "roof" on the private terrace is not water proof so if it's meant to rain, take your stuff inside.

The bed is super comfy and the duvet was warm. The heating is from an air conditioner so it does not heat evenly (it's meant to cool the place down in the hot weather but not too effective in cold weather. There are no radiators.

The hot water was a problem for us on 1 occasion. We took a shower and it took a full 14 hours to get hot water back that's how slowly the boiler worked - we wanted to call reception but it was a Friday night and everyone had gone home for the weekend. A 24 hr reception would be helpful but being a self catering unit you can't really expect that.

If you have lots of bags and babies it's not wise to stay here because of the staircases and dark entrance halls to get to your room. Lighting could definitely be improved.

The flat was clean and well kept. The variety of cooking utensils for a self catering unit could be a little better but we survived. There is a cupboard in the main bathroom that was fairly useless as the sink blovks it from opening so it wasnt well thought out but other cupboards sufficed with our few items.

The staff were very friendly and professional and willing to help wherever they could.

2 bathrooms were helpful as there is no door on the main bathroom. The prices for the items in the fridge were a bit high so we bought our own things in the local store.

The location is excellent. Super close to the metro, kids playground in the square downstairs, convenience stores and restaurants downstairs with many options for food in the area. Everything is within close walking distance. Very upmarket part of lisbon and very safe. 25/20 mins taxi from the airport. Shouldn't pay more than €10 for a single trip from/to the airport for a standard size taxi. Add an extra €2 for suitcases.

I would recommend staying here.

I want my future house to look like the room I stayed in this hotel. It is truly sophisticated for a budget price and the location could not be better. When I am back to Lisbon, I'll stay there again, for sure.

Less than 2 blocks from everithing you need. Backery, minimarket, subway, nightlife.
Nice place, all new inside, ecoduche in bath (google it) and marshal's eletric stufs. The owners are very nice and made everithing for helping you in your trip. I'll be back....
Very quiet room, you dont listen trafic, music, neither a bird outside.
important informations: its not a Hotel, so you wont have a breakfast, daily cleaning and someone to take your luggage (no elevator). The kitchen in room made easy our breakfast, and every 2 days we hade our room very well cleaned.

Room Tip: Penthouses are awesome. All roons are different.
