Four of us stayed in this 2-bed appartment.
First up, this is a great location for exploring the city. Note that the appartment is on the 5th floor, and there is no lift.
Arrival was a bit of a nuisance as the key needs to be collected from a Welcome Centre in a different part of town , which meant arriving at the Metro station around the corner from the appartment wasn't going to work, so we booked the 29-euro transfer from the train station. Also, the appartment hadn't been cleaned, though the cleaners did arrive soon after, but it was now about 4pm.
The appartment itself has most of what you need - though some of the windows didn't operate properly, the fridge was temperamental, and the hot water in the shower inconsistent at times. Views are nice, but not as spectacular as might be assumed for 5th floor (would have helped a bit if front window operated OK). Windows did allow plenty of ventilation. The bar in the street behind can be quite noisy til late, but the bedrooms are at the front, so that isn't a huge problem.
We used the transfer to the airport as well - maybe sourcing a taxi would have been more economical (?), but the xfer was excellent.
All in all, it worked quite well, and the price was very good.
