The staff are what make this hotel special. They go out of their way to make you feel special and are so helpful. The hotel is centrally located so you are able to walk to most sights. If you want to travel further afield the buses metro and train station are less than 5 minutes away. Our room was a spacious junior suite with a view of the castle from the window. Breakfast was constantly replenished and more than enough choice for us. You will not regret choosing this for your base in Lisbon.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights here and loved our experience ! Located in a great part of town, close to two major plazas, this unique small hotel offers a free breakfast spread, including eggs to order, espresso maker in the room, strong wifi, a place to lounge and have a drink, an elevator, and 24 hour front desk staffing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, answering our questions, providing an overview of a map, and advice on the city upon check in. We really enjoyed getting to know the desk staff !

Our room was spectacular--huge junior suite. Large living area, with comfortable chairs, desk, wardrobe, safe, table and floor lights. Great huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking street. Very quiet, double paned windows. No street noise or neighbor noise! Our bathroom was large and nicely appointed-- with make up mirror and sufficient counter space for two women who like their beauty products.

Our bedroom was large--very comfortable platform beds, with high quality bed linens, a desk, chair, and two end tables, and another large floor to ceiling window with black out curtains. We enjoyed lounging in our rooms at night, it was very comfortable and peaceful space for us.

We definitely recommend and next time in Lisbon, will stay here.

Very comfy bed, we had the junior suite, it would be nice if it had a small couch instead of two chairs, just in case you need to lie down in the 2nd room. Very spacious room, nice size bathroom especially in the downtown area. Great area. wonderful staff with great recommendations. The check in area/breakfast area also has a small bar area, which is a wonderful addition

Room Tip: we had an a view of the castle from our window- you had to lean out just a little bit

We had a marvelous much-too-short-a-stay at this guest house, but we are sure to stay there again next year. We were actually upgraded to this most amazing room with an ornate high ceiling, bright windows on two sides and a king-size bed. The room was huge and graciously decorated. Staff are super friendly, easy-going and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful as well. Feels like home away from home, for sure.

We loved our stay in the hotel for so many reasons. The location is great, close to everything. The way the reception works and definitely the room made our stay in Lisbon very comfortable and memorable. They serve good breakfast too.

Room Tip: Aerobus stop is near the hotel. No need in a taxi
