Description: The Lábios de Mosto Restaurant is located in the heart of Chiado, in Lisbon, a rustic and cozy space that transmits a unique magic. With a professional Chef, the owner created the space at 20 Years, opened the doors to serve well and located in an unusual Lisbon neighborhood, bringing together different and complementary but always traditional concepts of restoration. Amazing tavern for those who like to eat well, where you can find the authentic flavors of Portugal, as well as the BAR, with different cocktails. An unforgettable space to have lunch, dinner or snack during the afternoon and at night where the traditional Portuguese flavors are reinvented in a relaxed atmosphere, and warm environment warm by its colors ideal for those who like to eat well. Some of our suggestions: cheeses, charcuterie, typical Portuguese tapas, fish and our dilicient Cod and many more surprises! And also dessert to leave water in your mouth. "Being at the table is a very Portuguese tradition.

We didn’t actually eat in the restaurant but my family and I were walking outside the restaurant on Easter day at around 10pm and the chef from the restaurant noticed that two women and men unzipping my dad’s bag. She and the owner insisted on us coming into the restaurant for refuge. This act of kindess will not be forgotten.

P.S I’m sure the food is amazing, the reviews look great.

Was dubious about booking as had tried contacting the restaurant regarding vegetarian options and had no response. Found through TripAdvisor and booked with a 50% discount. So glad we took a chance! This place is an absolute gem! We were the only ones in there on a Sunday night which is a shame but it meant we got the undivided attention of the owner and her lovely 86 year old mum who was waitressing for the night. They were so lovely. There was a bit of a language barrier but we got by using our phones and good humour. The food was fabulous! Beetroot butter with french toast, delicious olives and (I think) soya beans for the table. Amazing garlic prawns to start and salmon with prawns and mango sauce for main. Good veggy options and my friend had “the most delicious and tender pork” she’d ever had - served with berry jam. Drinks were very reasonable and good measures. Two courses each plus french toast etc and two drinks each for four came to €80 including the discount. An absolute steal - we left more! Located in Chiado on a small side street - take an Uber they’re incredible cheap and reliable!

After a week of great fish I just wanted a steak! Here I got a pepper sirloin like they make it back home! Not only a great steak but a friendly service from great staff. Can't understand why there wasn't a queue out the door.

Most gracious staff. Despite the language barrier, we had a lovely dinner! The food was fantastic. We felt like we had a local Portuguese experience.

This restaurant is welcoming and comfortable. Not great English on their part and no Portuguese on my part did not diminish the quality of service or food. The price is right and the ambience is perfect. Able to take away a very enjoyable memory of Lisbon. If you are in Lisboa now, drop in for a gastronomic delight
