found this hotel to be disappointing, especially after reading some other reviews.the room was rather small with little wardrobe space, and not really as close to the city centre as you would think.i did find the staff to be friendly and helpful but on most occasions there was only ever one person at the desk to deal with any issues so it meant waiting a lot to be looked after.i see someone thought the bed was comfortable not if you like fitted plastic sheeting under the linen.

Modern, a little impersonal hotel but functional especially if on business trip. Few metro stations are just nearby and the hotel is located so that the traffic noise does not disturb.
Rooms (at least mine) are quite spacious and functionally furnished. No wall-to-wall carpets (thank God!!!). Bed was really good (I generally sleep badly in hotels) and breakfast was excellent. Even food restrictions were considered. Really good coffee :).
The only minuses were that there were no gym and the wifi was quite poor.

We had a nice and clean room, not very big, but with a confortable, large bed.
Good breakfast, but not teh best we had.
Kind personal.
Near the metro station - Campo Pequeno and a bus station.
We got a birthday surprise for my husband. Even we did not say or ask, they were kind to notice the date and leave a cake and a little bottle of champagne in the room.
Pleasant stay.

Although this hotel is out of the centre of Lisbon it is still a good base as there is a metro within walking distance which takes you to the main shopping centre or to the sea shore if required. The rooms were a decent size with nice bathroom and good sized bed and the breakfast should satisfy most appetites with scrambled egg bacon and sausage on the hot plate and plenty rolls bread and croissants plus pastries and fruit. All in all good value for money.

Room Tip: We were on 9th floor high is better for view.
