Little Haven is a small village tucked away on the Pembrokeshire coast. About 100 metres from the tiny beach (and opposite a car park) is the St Brides Inn. From the outside it looks a fairly ordinary establishment but once inside you will immediately notice pleasant furniture and furnishings. Ask for the alcove upstairs if you're in a group. It can comfortably seat 8 around its oblong table. The food is of good quality with some lovely fish dishes. It's not cheap with main courses around the £15 mark but they arrive with a choice of potatoes and vegetables included. There is a small, cosy bar area on the ground floor.

The food is excellent and the location is beautiful. Fish is the speciality and price is very good for the quality that they offer.

The pub was lovely inside and we got a warm welcome on a Wednesday evening. We had pre booked a table.
I had a half lobster thermidor and my wife had sea bass. Her dish was well cooked and she said the sauce was very nice. Before my lobster arrived the waitress informed me that because the lobsters were quite small I would get a whole one but be charged only for a half, which I had ordered. No problem with that 😀. But when it arrived it was just a half lobster. So was it half a small lobster or did they find a big one? Not sure, but it was lovely. They were a bit stingy with the new potatoes though.
We both ordered the meringue cream and ginger for dessert. The plates it came on were larger than expected with a whole meringue and a massive dollop of whipped cream mixed with chopped crystalised ginger and half a strawberry. It certainly lacked some sharpness and was just way too much cream and we both left the majority of the gingered cream.
Overall the staff were lovely and the main courses were good but the desserts spoiled things a bit.

We were lucky enough to get a table here on our first night in Little Haven and we were so pleased we did. Although it's small, it runs really well. We were tired and hungry after a long drive from South Devon so were very happy when once seated, our drinks were delivered, food order taken and finally able to sit back and relax, taking in the surroundings whilst waiting for our food. There was a fair wait for it but as everything is cooked fresh, it was worth the wait! Husband had fish and I had pork - delicious! At the end of a busy night it was lovely to hear the Landlady thanking her staff for working so hard - clearly a landlady that appreciates her workforce who in turn pull out all the stops to make sure everyone feels looked after and welcome.
