Great little place to stop take a good bread and / or a sweet! And why not a coffee with it! Easy, many different types of bread to try.

We may prefer the larger version of this store in Sutton, but having this one in Dunham was more convenient while staying in Frelighsburg. While the breads, meats, and other goodies are attractive, we go here for the cheeses. When my wife and I were puzzling over what to buy, the proprietor asked us if we would like him to make the selection for us. We said we wanted 6-8 strong cheeses from Quebec to take back to the US. We discussed the relative merits of goat, sheep and cow's milk cheeses and hard and soft ones -- then he went and cut us a wonderful selection -- all labeled by cheese name and its town -- to take home. It took self-restraint to wait till we got back to our Adirondack cabin to not open the packages right away. Hmmm, delish -- and our friends thought so too!

Excellent "boulangerie" (bakery), great variety desserts. Great maple syrup pie, cheeses, pâtés. Picnic lunches available.

We came for the bread and pastries, and found great local products from cheeses, pates, jam ,ice cream and more , in an inviting setting. The maple sugar squares were outstanding .

We were a group of 6 and we bought everything we needed(cheese, bread, paté, sweets, olives, etc.) for a great pick-nic. And we tasted the wine that we had discover... What a great way to try the local treasures...
