We ate here as it was very convenient to where we stayed and it was a nice change from all the traditional French bistro food we've been eating. La Bodega was a very pleasant surprise as we weren't expecting the quality and flavors to be as great as they were. We over ordered as usual but wound up finishing almost everything. The pulpo was fantastic, a smoked salmon salad was perfectly seasoned and both the Valencia and seafood paella were delicious. Only comment on the paella is they could have crisped the rice a bit more. Other than that La Bodega serves up delicious, fresh, authentic Spanish cuisine in the middle of French speaking wine country. They also accommodated my very strong gluten allergy perfectly.

Even early on a Friday night the place was full as the word is out that the food is excellent and the prices reasonable. We ordered from the Tapas Menu and had delicious well prepared food. The calamari were perfectly crisp and tender; the meat, cheese and olive platter was substantial with very thinly sliced meat, sausage and cheese served with a full sliced baguette. Friendly service and excellent ambiance. There is no parking so you might have to park a few blocks away and stroll over to this ancient stone oasis.

Really great sangria and tapas! The menu offered several choices and was very reasonably priced. The terrasse and service were wonderful, and the food was delicious!

This place has great food and local drinks (wine and beers). We were really impressed to find such a good place in this small town!

I had a delicious paella valenciana, really tasty, the place is nice, calmed and the chef had a nice attention for us! I strongly recommend this place
