We were greeted by Peter when we arrived. Peter kindly give us a good run down on where we were located and all the sites. He told us about trains and restaurants. We then had a tour of our apartment. It was spacious with a very large bedroom and massive walk in shower. The view from the roof top allowed you to see the Acropolis. Everything is within walking distance and there are some great restaurants nearby for a lovely evening after a long day site seeing. We had breakfast brought to our room every morning. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Alex helped us with which train to take so we could get down to the port, which is a good day out. The trains are very cheap. Great weekend, thanks

Service is insincere - the hotel team will apologize for their mistakes, but takes no action in fixing their errors. We booked a two bedroom suite, but got a one bedroom suite instead. At the end of the stay, we never got the suite we paid for.

The sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable. The ‘mattress’ for the sofa bed is less than 1.5 inches thick, and sits on top of thick wires and wooden bars. Recommend putting the mattress on the floor instead or directly on top of the couch.

Breakfast served in the room looks nice. However, it is very plain: white toast, ham, cheese, cereal, tea, coffee, milk, and fruit juice from concentrate. We did not get eggs nor yogurt as indicated in the pictures. Better to have breakfast at a bakery instead.

The hotel room looks nice and is in fact very spacious. However, the interior renovations are cheap.

Location is alright. 1 metro station away from city centre. Near a bar street.

The suites' elevator is very sketchy. Better to use the stairs instead. Although they play music in it, if that makes it any better.

Front desk is not available 24/7 like regular hotels.

If you want a place that is spacious, this is the suites for you. Otherwise, everything else is lacking.

Stayed for one day on Saturday.

Excellent place, beautiful decoration and a great breaksfast. The personnel treated us very warmly, and were there for us whenever we needed them

The location of suites is very convenient, far away from the traffic, but close enough to enjoy Athens city center attractions within a few minutes

Fully recommend !!

I booked a trip here with booking.com for July 27 for one night but I did a typing error and reserved for August 27. I realised the mistake immediately and called Booking.com to correct the reservation. Booking.com is usually very efficient in this sense ane I was taking the necessary action in less than 5 minutes after the mistake.
The hotel refused to change. They said that the fee didn’t allow anybmodification or cancellations. I explained it was a typing error and we were reacting immediately. They said they were going to check with management.
I kept calling, they hardly ever answered the phone. I kept insisting but at the end I had to resign myself that they will not come up with a solution. At some point’ Booking.com proposed to change the date and the hotel said ok but when we were trying to call to book the new date they will never reply to emails or phone again.
I travel extensively arpund 40 times a year for many years. I have never encountered such a careless, unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.
Book there at your own risk

Stayed for 4 nights; chose 47 Luxury Suites based on the 1) location close to the metro and 2) the value. Our expectations were exceeded even before we checked in. We booked on two separate reservations in two separate rooms via two different booking sites (long story), but the staff accomodated us easily and even upgraded us to the nicer room for the entire stay. Peter greeted us at check-in armed with excellent orientation information for the suites and the city, as well as his contact information so we could reach him when the desk wasn't staffed. We ended up contacting him twice (silly things that were completely our fault - it was a long trip and we were pretty tired) and he was always kind and accomodating. The room itself was an incredible value - large living space, upstairs loft, two bathrooms and a patio - and having a little extra space to come back to after exploring the crowded streets of Athens was a nice relief. Some reviews mention the neighborhood as "bad" but I completely disagree - it's just not a neighborhood that caters to tourists. Like any big city, be aware and be smart and you won't have any issues. The main sights of Athens are easily accessible by metro, taxi/uber, or foot and I think the the value and service is completely worth it. Peter and his team understand this and go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay and that you are equipped with all you need to discover the city for yourself.
