This hotel is down a side street but within easy walking distance to the station and hop on hop off bus. We had booked a triple room which just had an extra bed in a normal room so it was a bit cramped but we just needed to somewhere to sleep so wasn’t any bother. It was very clean and the bathroom was supplied with all the toiletries you could need and replaced as they were used. Breakfast had a good selection so anyone could find something they liked.

George at the from desk was very helpful with giving directions. If you go into the city center be careful of pick pockets, one of our party had her phone stolen from her bag as we were walking along and only knew because someone had seen the thief! Needless to say we didn’t get it back.

This small boutique hotel is a total MUST for all travellers who don’t want to spend a fortune, without sacrificing quality.
Small, compact, design, friendly, central, clean, smile, breakfast, quality, are some of the key words connected to this hotel.
Excellent rooms, with the most comfortable beds I’ve try the last few months. And Extremely clean!
Located very central, near the national archaeological museum, and opposite of one of the main parks of the capital.
All the young people working at Areos Hotel, are so friendly and always ready to assist you with any enquiry you may have.

Overall, my 2 days sleep over at Areos Hotel, was a great, pleasant & more than value for money experience.
This small hospitality jewel boutique hotel provides ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ services, with the budget of 3.
FULLY RECOMMENDED 9,5/10

Excellent rooms..very friendly staff and an awesome breakfast spread.. National Archaelogical Museum is around 20 mins walk from the hotel... we took public trasport just once and the metro stn was just 10mins walking.. Cabs are super cheap in Athens so that is how we mainly went to places..all in all a great place to stay during ur visit to Athens..

We had a really lovely 5 nights stay here on our first visit to Athens. Our room was perfect, fresh bright & spotless, with very comfy bed & excellent shower. There was a fridge & small cooker but I couldn't see the point of it as there were no pots or plates or anything else that you could use.It would have been nice to have a kettle or microwave instead.Breakfast was lovely with great variety and served until 10.30.Staff were so friendly & helpful with excellent English.Great price hotel & easy to get into the city with the metro & buses nearby & nice to walk also. This hotel was a great choice.
