We had a great holiday. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with wifi and air con. The residence and its 3 clean and warm 3 pools are very clean and nice to look at. The apartment is near to a highway where you can hear the cars racing. But its not too bad. There is a supermarket nearby, which has got a good variety of goods, but it is more expensive than in Kyrenia.
Very good:
- The facilities - in the flat and at the whole place
- WiFi
- Good and a warm contact to the owner and the man on duty at the place
- very nice people are living there. They are very communicative and helpful people (if you need a good restaurant or special hints which no guidebook can offer you, ask the people at the pool)
- The sunset-view from the terrace

Not good: Ants were in the room, and even if you clean up every day, they will always find a crumb somewhere. Although we spent our holidays with a little baby which was crawling all over we had to spray poison. But that was the only thing, which helped.

We had a superb holiday. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with wifi and air con. The estate is beautifully planted,making sun bathing around any of the 3 pools a delight. From there we explored the whole of N Cyprus, turtle beaches, castles, mountains, ancient churches, roman sites, tiny villages, monasteries. The apartment is near to a highway which made getting out and about very easy. There is a good, friendly supermarket nearby, so self catering is easy.

The apartment was very comfortable, pristine with all the equipment needed for self catering. All the arrangements for booking, late arrival (re. keys pick up) access to WiFi and instructions about getting there from Ercan airport very clear. Local manager v. helpful.

As the apartment is on the corner at the entrance to the complex the sea views are great but the downside is v close proximity to the main coastal road but we got used to the sound of traffic (not too busy actually) quite quickly. The upside - quick access to the costal road for sightseeing.

The whole complex of villas and apartments is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. The first of the three swimming pools with the sound of water cascading at each level v. tranquil.

There is decent supermarket v close to the apartment.
