We’ve stayed at Agra d’Alma several times already. We’ve always been satisfied with our stay. It’s a small hotel, very well located in the center of the village, very clean and quiet. The personnel is very kind, always smiling & willing to support. Special thanks to Carla

Enjoyed the comfort of reasonably-sized twin bedroom at excellent rate in January. Staff were not only super kind during our initial stay in January, but also recognised us when we popped back during a family return visit and headed to the bar at Agua d'Alma to enjoy their superb Caipirinhas (plus a few other cocktails). Very easy-going and helpful. A safe and pleasant hotel venue.

We booked a premium room with a balcony which was adequate but quiet small, particuarly the bathroom which was narrow with difficulty in closing the door. Comfortable bed, no fridge or safe. The hotel is full of steps and varied levels making it quite a challenge if walking is an issue although it does have a lift to some levels. Good breakfast buffet with lots of tasty choice, one of the best we had in our tour of central and northern Portugal. locted close to the village and away from the beach which is about a five minute drive. Some parking but it gets filled up quickly. Restuarants within walking distance. Reception very helpful

Stayed here for one night. Room was very small yet bathroom was decent size. Hotel was very clean and modern and breakfast that was provided had lots of options. Location was good, 15 min walk to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Parking available onsite and staff were very friendly and polite.

Nice place in centre of town (20 min walk from beaches), very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms.
Less pleasant: standard rooms are dark and cramped, mostly overlooking inner “court”, which means keep window closed and blinded, to prevent overwhelming chlorine smell to enter and for privacy.
And the so-called pool is a tiny bubble affair without room for beds, chairs or blankets, between 4 very close and looming high walls.
