Very nicely kept villa with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.
Aircon in both bedrooms and the living room as well as ceiling fans. Shaded front terrace with private sunbathing area below. You can choose between sun and shade and there was a cool breeze blowing most of the time.
TV, DVD and English starlight programs kept the kids busy.
It has a large shared pool that was very quiet and most of the time it was only ourselves using it. Very clean and perfectly kept.
There are quite a few steps around the villa and on the path down to the pool so elderly or people with young kids may want to bear this in mind.
You will need a car and a satnav, the estate is large and all the roads look the same.
Highly recommended.

We stayed in this villa for a week.The villa is in a great location offering a lovely view, however it does sit at the top of a steep hill. This was not a problem to us but could be a consideration for others. The benefit of being on a hill was that we could open the doors and have a lovely breeze blow through the villa which was great considering the temperatures were in the 30's!
The villa is obviously lovingly maintained as it looked immaculate everywhere and when we arrived it was really spotlessly clean. The communal pool was very quiet and very nice.

We had a really lovely fortnight in April/May at Casa Colina. The villa is just beautiful — we wanted to live in it! It's immaculately clean, smart, modern and stylish, equipped with everything you might need and with fabulous outdoor spaces.
The owners have put so much thought into making this an ideal rental property. They seem to have thought of everything. Even the custom-produced villa 'bible' is a model of its kind, full of useful info and ideas.
This is a quiet, peaceful location with easy access to livelier spots if you want them. The sea at the sweet little resort of Guadamar is only 15 minutes or so away (you do need a car to stay here). If your priority is to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place to do it.
Really, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

We had a fabulous 4 day break at Casa Colina. The villa is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Really comfortable beds and every amenity you could need is to hand. The pool was large and so peaceful for sunbathing. A welcome sunny retreat in October! There are many nearby cafes, restaurants, bars and shops only a short walk away. The villa was a short drive from Murcia airport. I would recommend the villa to anyone wanting a beautiful, relaxing getaway. Thank you so much Rob & Denise

Beautifully presented villa with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Jenny the housekeeper left the villa spotless and was always on hand if you needed anything. The pool is a shared pool, but for most of our 2 week visit we had it to ourselves. The villa is a good base for getting around if you want to explore a few more towns and the beach is not too far. If you want a quieter beach try La Marina beach, the next one after Guadimar. There is something here for everyone, there are lots of bars and restaurants situated on the Golf complex, we really liked the indian restaurant on the main road near the supermarket, but if you want more Spanish cuisine, which we did, Guadimar is a must as there are lots of tapas bars and lovely restaurants on the beach front. We will definitely be returning as there are lots of places still to see. Thanks Rob & Denise for lovely stay at your villa.
